How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you ship your famous 1905 Salad Dressing internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States and Canada to ensure the quality and freshness of our food products during transit.
What is your return policy for food items?
For safety and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your gift cards valid at all Columbia Restaurant locations?
Yes, our physical and digital gift cards can be redeemed at any of our Columbia Restaurant locations, as well as our sister restaurants under the Columbia Restaurant Group.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
